Hi, I’m Julia Rachel—though I go by Rachel. I’m a Florida-based photographer with a love for capturing life’s most meaningful moments in warm, rich, true-to-color tones. My journey with photography began in 2010, and in 2018, I turned my passion into a profession. I call Florida home, but my heart is always ready to travel wherever your story takes me.

Whether I’m behind the camera or exploring the mountains, I thrive on creating calm and genuine connections with people. My goal is to make you feel at ease and bring out your authentic self in every shot.

I'm a 31 year old Florida native & I share my life with my two fur babies, Dwight (my cat) and Winston (my mini dachshund), and my amazing fiancé, Tony. Some of my favorite things to do are hiking, thrifting, cooking/baking!
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll find me thrifting with a coffee in hand or adding to our growing board game collection. I LOVE plants & flowers so you might find me obsessing over your bouquet. I’m a homebody at heart. I love my sleep but I also love connecting with people and could chat for hours.

I was born in Sarasota, Florida, and discovered my love for photography when I was 16. From the very beginning, I knew it was something I wanted to pursue, and over the years, my passion has only grown. Now, I specialize in weddings, elopements, and family sessions—capturing genuine, heartfelt moments is what I love most. In my downtime, I enjoy thrifting, playing board games, and traveling, especially to the mountains. Whether it’s the Rockies or the Smokies, we make it a point to go at least a couple of times a year. I’ve always preferred cold weather over warm, and with my love for flowers, spring is one of my favorite seasons. When working with clients, I strive to be a calming and reassuring presence while still being relatable, making every session a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
